Return & Refund Policy – Strokeshow

Return Policy
Due to the custom and hand-drawn nature of our artwork, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at drawme@strokeshow.co.za. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All Strokeshow artwork is custom-made, and as such, cannot be returned unless damaged or lost in transit. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To receive a different item, please place a new order. Returns of damaged items will be handled individually.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at drawme@strokeshow.co.za.
