Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All StrokeShow orders are hand-drawn to order and shipped via Aramex within South Africa.
• Production time: 2 business days (your artwork is created by hand)
• Shipping time: 2–5 business days (Aramex domestic delivery)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events outside our control.

• Domestic (South Africa): R99 per order
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order size or weight.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Risk & Title
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. StrokeShow is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days at drawme@strokeshow.co.za. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
